SeamLock Pro grew out of frustration with the metal roof repair cycle: patch in spring, leak by fall, repeat until someone finally approves a tear-off that was never actually necessary. We focus exclusively on converting leaking metal roofs into seamless waterproof membranes — it is the only thing this brand does.

Our membrane chemistry is manufactured in Wisconsin by Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems, built on decades of polyurea formulation experience. We chose that partnership for a reason facility managers appreciate: warranty claims are only as good as the company standing behind the chemistry ten years from now.

Supply and Support

We work two ways. Facility teams get connected to trained applicator crews in their region, with our team reviewing the scope and film-thickness verification on warranty jobs. Contractors buy at wholesale, get application training, and pick up referral leads in their territory. Distributors serving the commercial roofing trade can ask about stocking terms.
